Petar Dimitrov appointed Bulgaria’s Minister of Environment and Water

The Minister of Environment and Water Petar Dimitrov took over the position from Julian Popov at a symbolic ceremony.

Mr Dimitrov categorically confirmed that “We are moving forward. We have been working together since day one, we have done many things for the environment together and they will continue.”

Julian Popov handed over the position with the same message of continuity: “Everything we have done during this mandate we have done it together, so in my opinion there will be no deviation from the ministry’s course and not one second of delay.”
