Hungarian Power Exchange (HUPX) announced on Tuesday (9 April) that the CEOs of the stakeholders forming the ADEX Group have signed papers of collaboration within the new company.
The papers were signed by Slovenian combined transmission and distribution system operator ELES, Serbian transmission system and market operator Elektromreza Srbije, Hungarian transmission operator MAVIR and pan-European power exchange EPEX SPOT.
“This union represents more than just a business venture; it signifies a commitment to fostering deeper integration within the region’s energy markets,” HUPX stated in an announcement via LinkedIn. “We’re excited about the possibilities this partnership holds and look forward to the common journey ahead!”
