Branislava Marsenic is a Senior Gas and Customer Expert in the Energy Community Secretariat, specialised in energy regulation. She has more than 20 years of experience in regulating and monitoring gas wholesale and electricity and gas retail markets, covering also topics such as network tariff design and consumer protection. As of 2022, Branislava is coordinating the activities of Secretariat’s Centre for Alleviating Energy Poverty. She holds a Master’s degree in economics from University of Belgrade and is certified Project Manager and Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance.
