Péter Ratatics appointed as chairman of Croatian energy company INA

Péter Ratatics takes over the position of the President of the Management Board of INA coming from his current positions of EVP of Consumer Services of MOL Plc and COO of MOL Hungary. He had already been a member of the Management Board of INA between 2011 and 2018 and is well acquainted with INA’s business.

Péter Ratatics replaces Sándor Fasimon, who resigned earlier in September. MOL’s other two delegates to INA’s board also resigned. The Supervisory Board of INA took note of the resignations of MOL members of the Management Board and revoked the remaining members of the Management Board at the proposal of the Government of Croatia.

Alongside the appointment of Péter Ratatics as the new President of the Management Board, Berislav Gašo and Krisztián Pulay were appointed Management Board members, as proposed by MOL, and with the mandate until June 30, 2023.

Three new Management Board members were appointed as proposed by the Croatian Government – Miroslav Skalicki, Hrvoje Šimović and Marin Zovko, for a period of no longer than six months, until the appointment of the members of the Management Board through a public tender.

INA’s regional retail network consists of more than 500 retail sites in Croatia and neighbouring countries. INA Group is a member of MOL Group.
