FGSZ welcomes Péter Vasváry as new CEO

As of 1 May 2024, Péter Vasváry has been appointed as the new CEO of Hungary’s transmission system operator FGSZ, succeeding Kristóf Terhes in the position. Ferencz I. Szabolcs continues to hold the position of Chairman-CEO.

Péter Vasváry holds a degree in economics and petroleum engineering. Throughout his professional career, he has worked exclusively in the energy industry, holding leadership positions primarily on the operational side at several international companies.

He joined the MOL Group in 2016, where he has been serving as the Executive Director for Group-level Oil Industry Developments and Services since 2022.
