INA launches campaign to encourage the development of LPG

Croatian multinational oil company INA is launching again a successful campaign to install gas installations in petrol vehicles with the aim of raising awareness and encouraging the development of the autogas market.

As underlined in the company’s press release, autogas is considered an alternative fuel and, compared to other fossil fuels, it has the smallest impact on the environment since it combusts without smoke, soot and odours. The advantage of using LPG is also demonstrated in its cost-effectiveness – primarily its lower price and the fact it ensures longer engine and catalyst life.

INA’s campaign includes the installation of the top-quality gas systems by authorised service technicians, offering up to four years installation warranty, at a cost of 6,500 kuna [approximately 860 euros], which includes an INA card with 2,000 kuna[approximately 265 euros] for LPG purchases.

So far, around 3,000 gas installations have been installed as a part of INA’s campaign, out of an average of 50 installers during the campaign period.
