Croatian energy market operator HROTE announced last month that it sold 173,605 Guarantees of Origin (GO) for wind farms in the incentive system from July to September this year at an auction held on 25 October.
The achieved marginal price was 3.56 euros/GO, the operator said in a press release.
A total of 12 participants took part in the auction, with bids ranging from 3.56 euros to 7.00 euros/GO, of which six participants were successful.
Revenues from the auctions are used to further stimulate the production of electricity from renewables, HROTE said in the press release.
