Menlo Electric and Sungrow join forces to supply 1 GW of equipment to renewable energy projects

Poland’s green energy supplier Menlo Electric is continuing to expand its influence through a partnership with Sungrow, the global leading PV inverter and energy storage system provider. This collaboration aims to distribute a 1 gigawatt (GW) of Sungrow products by 2026, focusing on a range that includes some of the most innovative string, hybrid and commercial hybrid inverters currently available on the market.

“Sungrow’s commitment to technological innovation complements our strategic goals perfectly,” said Marcin Zienkiewicz, Head of Procurement and Trading at Menlo Electric. “This partnership will not only broaden our product offerings but also strengthen our ability to meet the growing demand for reliable energy solutions worldwide.”

“Joining forces with Menlo Electric represents a powerful opportunity to drive the adoption of solar energy globally,” added Meng Yang, Vice President of Sungrow Europe, responsible for Distribution. “Our combined expertise and commitment to quality and sustainability are sure to deliver exceptional value to our customers and accelerate the transition towards a cleaner energy future.”

Through their collaboration, Sungrow and Menlo Electric have not only conducted business but also successfully completed three free solar installations at public schools in Poland, Romania and Bulgaria as part of the Solar2Share Collective CSR initiative. Additionally, two more projects are slated for completion by the end of 2024, further demonstrating their joint effort to support sustainable development in educational settings.
