3E signs agreement with Renovatio Asset Management to support wind development in Romania

Independent consultancy and software service company 3E reached an agreement with the Romanian company Renovatio Asset Management, to support its wind development in the country.

“We are confident that 3E will help us reduce the uncertainties associated with the ongoing measurement campaigns which in turn will lead to a better and more accurate production assessment,” said Alexandru Teodorescu, managing director of Renovatio. “After a series of successful projects in the past, we are extending our cooperation to all our sites.”

“We are excited to commit our technical wind energy expertise to Renovatio’s projects,” commented Jan Cornillie, regional manager of EMEA of 3E. “We are delighted to be able to cooperate with such an ambitious developer in the very dynamic market of Romania and the Western Balkans.”

3E’s technical expert team will carry out the measurement campaigns and yield assessments for 10 sites totalling 1,2 gigawatts (GW) capacity. 3E Romanian wind expert Teodor-Cosmin I. will run the operations in the country together with Riccardo Longo operating from Brussels.
