Michał Smoleń

Michał Smoleń is the Head of Energy & Climate Program at Polish energy think-tank Instrat Foundation. Graduate of Sociology, Philosophy and Cultural Studies from the University of Warsaw, Mr Smoleń also previously worked as a consultant at PwC Poland, where he implemented technical assistance projects for Polish and international organisations in areas such as the energy transition.
